By downloading, installing, or using Attune ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Use of the App

Attune provides binaural beats, brainwave entrainment audio, and ambient soundscapes for personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the audio content generated by or included in the app.

Health Disclaimer

Attune is a wellness tool, not a medical device. The binaural beats, monaural beats, and isochronic tones provided by Attune are intended for general wellness purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Please consult a healthcare professional before using Attune if you:

• Have epilepsy or a history of seizures
• Have a heart condition or wear a pacemaker
• Are pregnant
• Experience any adverse effects while using the app

Do not use Attune while driving, operating heavy machinery, or performing any activity that requires your full attention.

Listen at a comfortable volume. Prolonged use of headphones at high volume may cause hearing damage.

Subscriptions

Attune offers optional paid subscriptions (Attune Pro) that unlock additional features and content.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

Intellectual Property

All content in Attune — including audio, visuals, artwork, text, and code — is the property of Attune and is protected by copyright law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content from the app without written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, or attempt to access its source code. You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of Liability

Attune is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
